She had a rather stout set of leather reins, and happily wore them up to the point where they no longer fitted her ( about 8 years old - but her choice) Many a time they were a godsend saving her from darting under a bus. These books have been portrayed as a erotic fiction and have gained total acceptability throughout popular culture. As campaigners, workers, women who have experienced domestic abuse and preventers of violence against women, we stand up to say these books are not erotic fiction, but the full reality of domestic abuse. Putting the series as erotic fiction gives it credibility that it does not deserve. These books portray sexual, emotional, physical and psychological violence and abuse as not only normal, but as something to aspire to. As people committed to the eradication of violence against women we reject the normalising of abuse these books are perpetuating and we call you to join us.

Join us in fighting back!

You can download a book cover here which you can print and place in the shops where you find them. I mean literally what kind of people think this is a romance novel. There is nothing romantic about a guy hitting a girl with a belt or buying the plane seat next to her when she goes to visit her mom just because she can't talk to anyone else except him. Tell me is that not creepy? I pity the women who enjoy this when I think what low self esteem and self respect they must have. She listens well and stays with me, but I am a believe in redundancy with regard to safety. I have never read of a child becoming lost or (God forbid) being run or hit by a car while on a harness. A child's reaction to things is different than an adult. It seems silly to leave safety in the hands of someone who occasionally tries to eat something off of the floor.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7649782126359701245.post-10572383080585853912013-06-18T12:41:28.915+10:002013-06-18T12:41:28.915+10:00Where are you?Where are you?Enchanted Momentshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01861732559521175206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7649782126359701245.post-36159090738593908832013-06-14T10:23:48.762+10:002013-06-14T10:23:48.762+10:00Don't your kids climb on you while you are try...Don't your kids climb on you while you are trying to do pushups, and crawl between your legs when you're doing squats? Battery operated preferred since I always get tangled in the cords. I've a brand new vacuum cleaner, which is a fantastic floor cleaner (as it should be since it cost a small fortune) but the damn thing weighs a tonne and is IMPOSSIBLE to maneuver. I actually have to repair and repaint half the skirting boards and just about every single architrave in our house now because the vacuum cleaner doesn't swivel, and no matter how hard I try to guide it through a doorway it still manages to collide with the frame every single time.
